VOID provides free standard shipping for all online orders above 50USD.
Taxes and duties are included to the USA, Hong Kong and Australia.
Please allow 1-3 days for us to process your order.
Shipment times depends on your destination and during checkout you will see an estimation based on your address.
During checkout you will be given the option to upgrade your shipping to a faster shipping method. The cost and time depends on your location, please enter your address in the checkout to get your detailed information.

For other countries taxes and duties will vary, please refer to your country's regulations. Shipping fees and taxes will not be refunded for packages that are refused due to VAT/duties. Please note that tracking numbers are generated before the order is picked/packed and shipped and might take some time to be registered in the tracking system. Some orders might take up to a few days to show up.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
All products may be returned or exchanged within 20 days of the purchase date on our Return and Exchange form: https://voidwatches.com/pages/return-exchange. Please note that this does not apply to sale items such as refurbished and/or upcycled products.
SHIPPING DELAYS As delays are inevitable, this may be due to custom clearance at destination, and VOID therefore holds no liability over delays. However, all shipments are insured at the expense of VOID Watches.
OFFICE HOURS Please note that our office hours are as followed: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm. Orders placed between Friday and Sunday will be dispatched the following working day.

UNCLAIMED ORDERS If our courier is unable to successfully deliver your package to you we will have to charge you for the shipping and handling back to us. Remember that you will receive a tracking number and tracking information in your Shipping Confirmation.
