The cost of shipping is included in the prices shown on the website.
How long does shipping normally take?
It takes between 1-3 days to process each order. Once processed, a shipping confirmation email will be sent out along with a tracking reference number.
All cart orders of 165USD AND ABOVE are shipped using FedEx Express. Once order has been seen, items are delivered in approximately 3-5 working days and are fully trackable.
All cart orders BELOW 165USD are shipped using registered airmail. Items are delivered in approximately 3-4 weeks and have limited tracking.
Are the watches waterproof?
Yes, most of our watches are rated 5ATM/50M. This means that the watch is safe to swim with but we recomment to avoid water when possible, mainly because the leather strap will wear out significantly faster when wet.
For our watches marked 3ATM/30M, we recommend to avoid water.
Do your digital watches have a 24 hour mode?
No, our digital watches only display time in the 12-hour format.
What type of battery does my watch use?
The battery types for each of our watches are specified on the product page on our website.
Please note that we do not recommend that you to change the battery yourself, without the proper tools you may damage the watch. Visit your local watch store, they know what to do.
I have accidentally dropped my watch and damaged the glass covering the dial. Is it possible to replace?

How do I keep my strap clean?
Please note that when cleaning any of our straps it is a good idea to detach the strap from the case to avoid damaging it.
VOID Watches’ leather straps are made from soft, calf leather; they are tanned and colored using natural vegetable dyes. Over time, they will develop a natural patina, including marks and stains, which add character with age. Because of the porous nature of leather, contact with water or solvents should be avoided. It is also vulnerable to dirt, grease, smoke and other environmental toxins. If it is necessary to clean, use a damp cloth and rub both sides of the strap carefully, try using a leather saddle soap if it is in need of a deep cleaning. Allow strap to dry fully before wearing it again
Our Milanese mesh bracelets are produced from stainless steel. These straps will not tarnish or rust if they are washed properly. First, please use warm water and, only if required, a mild detergent. Second, please do not submerge or place the watch under running water, dirt and grime in between the fine links can be removed with a soft bristle brush. Finally, please ensure the crown of your watch is secure before cleaning.
For our Nylon straps cleaning is a bit simpler. Fill a bowl with warm water and a tiny bit of laundry detergent. Place the strap (case removed) in the bowl and allow it to soak for a few hours. Then gently squeeze to remove any excess water and allow the strap to dry over night.
I’ve accidentally scratched my watch, is there anything I can do?
Unfortunately nothing can be done about scratches on a watch. If you received your watch with scratches on it please contact firstname.lastname@example.org and we will assist you in anyway we can.
Is there a warranty?
Yes, all of our full priced watches and cufflinks come with a two-year warranty. If you are having problems with your watch please contact us at email@example.com.
Is the battery covered by the warranty?
No, the batteries are not covered by warranty. All of our watches go through a full check prior to being sent out. However, some pieces may have been in stock for some time and the battery might be partially depleted. Our analogue watches are stored with the crown disengaged to stop the watch from running, but this is unfortunately impossible with our digital watches.
Is the strap covered by warranty?
No, our straps are not covered under the warranty. You can buy replacement straps on our website, if you do not see the one you are looking for please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Is the watch glass covered by warranty?
No, the glass is not covered under the warranty. If you have questions regarding the warranty please contact us at email@example.com.
What are is the procedure/cost of repair if the warranty of my watch is expired?
The costs depends on what needs to be done. Please contact us directly at firstname.lastname@example.org for additional information and a quote on the repair.
Do you have service centres around the world?
No, our only service center is located in Hong Kong. Please contact us directly at email@example.com with the issues regarding your watch, we will suggest the best way to handle it.
From where do you ship your products?
All of our products are shipped from our warehouse or office in Hong Kong.
What can I do if I receive the wrong item?

Is VAT included?
For orders to the USA you will not be charged any taxes. For orders to the rest of the world local taxes might apply.
