Excluding all straps, bracelets and batteries, the warranty covers any and all parts of the watch that may need repair due to defects in materials or workmanship under normal use. Warranty does not cover instances where the user has broken the glass/crystal or has dented the watch case.
Please email all warranty claims to email@example.com with proof of original purchase and an image of the damaged product. Once received, a member of the VOID team will assist you from there.
Please note that complimentary shipping is not included in warranty claims and samples and that upcycled sale items are exempt from warranty.
Items bought from unauthorised retailers or that are bought second hand are not covered by warranty.
