Shipping policy

1.1 VOID provides free express shipping options depending on your location. Shipping will be calculated on checkout. We ship out all orders from our office or warehouse in Sweden (in the EU) and always provide tracking information.

1.2 Shipping times will depend on your location. We use DHL or UPS and typical delivery times are 2-5 working days. For shipments within Sweden we use Postnord that takes 2-3 working days.

1.3 It takes between working 1-3 days to process each order. Once processed, a shipping confirmation email will be sent out along with a tracking reference number. Please refer to your shipping confirmation email for details regarding our shipment. If you have not received a shipping notification, please check if it's been caught by your spam filter.

1.4 For orders to the EU and UK all taxes are included in the price displayed on the website. For all other countries we are not responsible for local charges (sales tax / VAT, customs duty, handling fees) that may occur. These charges are at the customers own expense. Shipping fees and taxes will not be refunded for packages that are refused due to VAT/duties.

1.5 Please note that our office hours are as followed: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm. Orders placed on weekends and public holidays will be dispatched the following working day.

1.6 Delays are sometimes inevitable, this may be due to custom clearance at destination, and VOID therefore holds no liability over delays. However, all shipments are insured at the expense of VOID Watches.

1.7 Unclaimed orders - If our courier is unable to successfully deliver your package to you we will have to charge you for the shipping, taxes and handling fees. Remember that you will receive a tracking number and tracking information in your Shipping Confirmation. It is your responsibility to be available to receive the delivery.

1.8 Rerouting Shipments - We are not able to change the address on shipments that have left our warehouse.
