Are taxes included in the price?
Taxes are included in the price if you order from the EU or UK. For all other countries (including the USA) you are responsible for all import charges that will be handled by UPS. Since taxes/tariffs are changing from time to time it is your responsibility to check what the current rates are in your country.
What is your return policy?
You can return the watch for a full refund within 30 days. The watch has to be unworn and in it's complete original packaging.
Is the watch waterproof?
Yes, the watch is rated 5ATM. This means you can take it for a swim or wear it in the shower occasionally but we strongly recommend keeping it as dry as possible to make it last longer.
Are the straps interchangable?
Yes, you can use any of our 18mm straps with the V03W-365.
