TRACKING NUMBERS

Please note that tracking numbers are generated before the order is picked/packed and shipped and might take some time to be registered in the tracking system. Some orders might take up to a few days to show up.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

All products may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the purchase date on our Return and Exchange form: https://voidwatches.com/pages/return-exchange.

All goods must be returned in the condition in which they were received and with the original packaging intact. Only the amount paid for the product(s) will be refunded in the manner in which you originally paid

SHIPPING DELAYS
As delays are inevitable, this may be due to custom clearance at destination, and VOID therefore holds no liability over delays. However, all shipments are insured at the expense of VOID Watches.

Please note that our office hours are as followed: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm CET. Orders placed between Friday and Sunday will be processed the following working day.

UNCLAIMED ORDERS
Remember, when you place an order you're also responsible to receive the delivery at your end. If our courier is unable to successfully deliver your package to you we will have to charge you for the shipping and handling back to us. You will receive a tracking number and tracking information in your Shipping Confirmation (check your spam folder in case you did not receive a notification).

NOT SATISFIED WITH YOUR PURCHASE ?

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return the items within 30 calendar days of receipt.

Orders may be returned using any method of your choice, at your expense. We recommend using a trackable and insured service.

Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment, or as store credit. Items must be returned in their original unused condition, including all original packaging.

Our timepieces and cufflinks are covered by a two-year worldwide warranty, from the date of purchase. Warranty excludes select items where otherwise stated such as discontinued products, sale items, samples and corporate gifts. 

Excluding all straps, bracelets and batteries, the warranty covers any and all parts of the watch that may need repair due to defects in materials or workmanship under normal use. Our warranty does not cover instances where the user has broken the glass/crystal or has dented the watch case.

Please email all warranty claims to info@voidwatches.com with proof of original purchase and an image of the damaged product. Once received, a member of the VOID team will assist you from there.

Watches that fall outside of the two-year warranty and/or have been exposed to extreme damage can in most cases be repaired at an additional fee.

Please note that complimentary shipping is not included in warranty claims and that samples and sale items are exempt from warranty.

Items bought from unauthorised retailers or that are bought second hand are not covered by warranty. 

Our 'Odds & Ends' sale items are covered by a 6-month worldwide warranty, from the date of purchase.
