Clever Analogue Watch

V02MKII-GO/BL

Regular price USD265

Description

The V02MKII is an unusual watch that is designed to be clever, not smart.

Unlike most other watches, the V02MKII uses three compass needle hands that act in a similar way to traditional minute, hour and second hands. To tell the time, simply match the colour of the hands with the digit of the same colour on the dial.

This watch is not designed to tell time at a glance but to remind us about the value and passage of time. It’s been the spark of many interesting conversations since its launch in 2009.

Straps for this watch are available here.

It’s a great watch overall, I’d say the weight is just nice not too light, one fall is that the casing takes up finger prints easily but not a big deal, in terms I’ve movement it’s great but abit of a getting use to it to know how to set it and read it. Love the concept and quality.

I like it

These watches are actually impede you from reading the time. It has the small window, these little duplicated arrow, so you always have to concentrate and figure out how to match the arrows with the correct scale for them. But this is actually fun and I like this concept of uneasy watches. If you need to check the time, you can look at your phone, wristwatches are more the accessory then the tool. And as the original and interesting accessory I think it deserves 10/10 (and btw it shows time)
